I am passionate about giving people a more empowering way to think about their mental health. Together we work to remove obstacles and address what’s really going on to get to a place of balance and resilience. It brings my patients hope to see that there are integrative treatments available to those both on and off medications. My goal is to help people get “un-stuck” and create a new identity beyond their mental struggles.
