Medications are not
the only option.
Treat the roots of mental health with patient-centred integrative medicine.
Find and Treat the Root Cause
of Your Mental Health Concerns
I help those who
Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS)
Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD)
Issues worsened by menstruation
I investigate and solve
root causes of mental health:
Hormones: thyroid, adrenal, stress, and reproductive hormones
Gut: inflammation, leaky gut, poor but bacteria, food intolerances, blood sugar imbalance
Immune System: chronic infections or autoimmune diseases
- Lack of Rest: Organic sleep disorder, high self-expectations
Epigenetics: Poor methylation, altered neurotransmitters
I am passionate about giving people a more empowering way to think about their mental health. Together we work to remove obstacles and address what’s really going on to get to a place of balance and resilience. It brings my patients hope to see that there are effective integrative treatments available to those both on and off medications. My goal is to help people get “un-stuck” and create a new identity beyond their mental struggles.
