Lachlan Crawford

I am passionate about giving people a more empowering way to think about their mental health. Together we work to remove obstacles and address what’s really going on to get to a place of balance and resilience. It brings my patients hope to see that there are effective integrative treatments available to those both on and off medications. My goal is to help people get “un-stuck” and create a new identity beyond their mental struggles.

Lachlan received her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine (ND) from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, and a certificate in Contemplative Psychotherapy at the Institute of Traditional Medicine. She sits on the board of the Psychiatric Association of Naturopathic Physicians (PsychANP). Prior to her medical training she completed a BSc Hons titled Ecological Determinants of Health at McGill University in the School of Environment. She is a registered ND, and is a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND). She is passionate about the use of movement and wilderness therapy, and she uses both in her practice through naturopathic wilderness retreats in Algonquin Park, ongoing community exercise programs, and mindful running workshops.
